August 6, 1941 - February 29, 2012
Carrie Patsy Sue Smith Berry age 70, of Warren, AR. died Wednesday February 29th at the Bradley County Medical Center. She was born August 6th 1941 in Warren, AR. a daughter of the late Sherman H. Smith and Inez Thomason Smith. She was a 1962 graduate of the Baptist School of Nursing and a retired Register Nurse and a member of Immanuel Baptist Church.
She is survived by her husband Mike Berry whom she married November 29th 1963 in Hermitage AR. 1 son, Wade Berry, Star City, AR. 2 daughters Susan Berry, Warren, AR, and Rebecca Shelby, White Hall, AR. 1 brother Walter Pat Smith, Keithville LA. 3 grandchildren Courtni Flemister, Monticello, AR. and Emily Shelby and Grace Shelby, White Hall, AR.
Funeral services were 1:30pm Monday March 5th at Frazer's Chapel with Rev. Chris Lynch officiating. Janice Sulllivan was organist. Burial was in Ebenezer Cemetery by Frazer's Funeral Home. Active pallbearers were Neil Thomason, Jimmy Thomason, Rodney Thomason, Ed Lain, Jackie West, John Garrison and Arval Cox. Honorary pallbearers were Don Davis, Larry Kimbrell and Steve Anders. In lieu of flowers, memorials preferred Hospice Angles 3801 Camden Road Chapel Village, Pine Bluff AR. or The Baptist School of Nursing 11900 Colonel Glenn Road # 1000, Little Rock, AR. 72210-2820.
