A Funeral Service for Nona C. Neese of Brookline Station, Missouri, formerly of Mountain Home, Arkansas, will be 1:00 pm, Sunday, November 6, 2016, at Kirby & Family Funeral Home Chapel, with Pastor Duane Kennedy officiating. Visitation will be Sunday, November 6, 2016, from 12:00 pm until the time of service.

Nona passed away October 28, 2016, in Brookline Station, Missouri at the age of 76. She was born August 27, 1940, in San Diego, California, the daughter of William and Helen Nadovic Rucker. She married Earl Neese on June 19, 1988. Nona enjoyed freshwater fishing, arts and crafts, and crocheting. She used to make booties and hats for the homeless children in Springfield, Missouri.

Nona is survived by her children, Joe and wife Lorna Kennedy of Harrison, AR, Duane and wife Robin Kennedy of Springfield, MO, Laura Kennedy of Pensacola, FL, Sandy and husband Marty Haney of TX, Scott Smith of Spokane, MO, Debbie McBride of Brookline, MO, twelve grandchildren, eight great-grandchildren and one brother, Robert and wife Diane Danley of Santa Monica, CA.

She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, one brother and one sister.

Burial will be in the Kirby's Tucker Memorial Cemetery.

Memorials may be made to the family.

Arrangements are by Kirby and Family Funeral and Cremation Services.
