Patsy Jeanette Henderson of East End Community, formerly of Hampton, entered into her eternal rest on Thursday, December 05, 2019 at the age of 80. Patsy was preceded in death by her parents, William and Evelene Holmes, husband Hollis, and siblings Junior, Bob, Kate and Willie Lee. Patsy was a faithful servant in her job as a Teacher’s Aide at Hampton Elementary School and as Sunday School Secretary at First Baptist Church of Hampton.
She is survived by two sons, Hoil (Leah) of East End and Eric of Helena/West Helena, AR. Other survivors are her five grandsons: Bradley of Lincoln, NE, Joshua of Mt. Vernon, AR, Jonathan and Brett of West Helena, AR and Hunter (Ashley) of East End and one granddaughter Louisa Lena’e (Andrew) of East End.
The family will receive visitors from 2:00-4:00 pm at East Union Baptist Church on Sunday, December 8th. Funeral service will be at First Baptist Church, Hampton at 3:00 on Monday, December 9th with visitation beginning at 2:00 pm. with Rev. Mark Harris and Rev. Robbie Duncan officiating.
Deepest gratitude to the staff of Pleasant Hill Adult Daycare in Benton for the love bestowed upon Patsy for the past 4 years and to Hospice Home Care. Arrangements are by Benton Funeral Home of Fordyce. To sign the online register visit www.bentonfuneralhome.net.
