Mother Elnora Elliott Andrews was born on May 15, 1915 to the parentage of the late Bro. Jessie and Sis. Nancy Elliott. She went to be with her Lord on August 21, 2013. She was the baby of her family. Her brothers and sister preceded her in death: Bro. Monroe (Dude) Porter, Bro. Lawrence (Buddy) Elliott, Bro. Jessie (Smoochie) Elliott, Bro. Willie Ford and Sis. Henrietta Elliott Parker.

Sis. Elnora grew up in Louann, AR. She attended Shady Grove School and united with New Jerusalem Baptist Church under the leadership of Rev. Alan Richardson. Sis. Elnora sang lead soprano in the choir and served as Missionary Secretary for many, many years. She united in Holy Matrimony with Bro. Jim Andrews. She served her community as a beautician. All the children and many adults went to her for hairstyles of the day.

In the year 1953 she made her home in Camden, AR and united with the St. Paul Missionary Baptist Church under the leadership of Rev. Russ. She remained a faithful member of St. Paul. Her favorite songs are: I Love the Lord, He Heard My Cry and I Woke Up This Morning With My Mind Still on Jesus.

She leaves to celebrate her home-going two sisters-in-law, Sis. Willie Elliott and Sis. Virgie Elliott; one foster child; three godchildren, Ray Green and his wife, Shelva, Lateesha Green Williams and Marquita Green; two nieces, Ruth Butts and Sandra Faye Elliott; two nephews, Willie James Elliott and Cecil Elliott; as well as several great-nephews, cousins and friends.

Proctor Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements. Services to honor Sis. Elnora will be 11:00 a.m. Tuesday, August 27, 2013 at the Greater St. Paul Missionary Baptist Church with Rev. Smith officiating followed by interment at New Jerusalem Cemetery.
