When Otto A Rieger was born on October 9, 1885, in Nebraska, his father, Fredrick, was 28 and his mother, Marie, was 24. He married Anna Reiger on February 26, 1919, in Arkansas City, Arkansas. He died on November 3, 1971, in Stuttgart, Arkansas, at the age of 86.
