When Sarah Catherine Winford Aunspaugh was born on March 25, 1834, in Tennessee, her father, Samuel, was 36, and her mother, Martha, was 32. She married Moses Morgan Aunspaugh on January 17, 1858. They had four children in 12 years. She died in 1924 in White, Arkansas, at the age of 90.
