Kathleen Scantlin Graham, 88, born August 25, 1921 in Bradford, AR, passed away on October 3, 2009 in Merced, CA. Kathleen was preceded in death by her parents Robert J. Scantlin who was a veteran of the American Civil War and Ollie G. Scantlin. Kathleen was a certified member of the Real Daughters of the group Daughters of Union Veterans of the Civil War. Her passing leaves fewer than 25 real daughters of union veterans in the United States.
She is survived by five children. Geri, Barbara, Wesley (Kathy), Charles (Pam) and Sharon. She is also survived by ten grand children and seven great grandchildren.
