Floyd A. Sanders, age 60 of Camden Route 5, died in a Camden hospital Sunday morning. Mr. Sanders was a mechanic by trade. Until illness caused his retirement he was a millwright at the Williams Roofing Plant. He is survived by his wife, Mrs. Bertha Sanders, one son, Herbert A. Sanders, two daughters, Miss Alice J. Sanders, all of Camden; and Mrs. Alvie Harger of Fort Smith, Arkansas, one sister, Mrs. T. T. Thornton of Klamath Falls, Oregon. Funeral services were held at 4 p.m. Monday at Proctor's Chapel by Elder John R. Harris of Thornton. Burial was in the Salem cemetery near Bearden. (Camden News - August 22, 1955)
