Patricia M. Cummings, 59, of Conway, passed away, Monday (May 10, 2004) at her residence. She was born February 5, 1945 at home in Perry Co. to the late Harvey William and Lee Jean Conrad White. She is preceded in death by her husband, Herbert Junior Cummings, a son, Kevin Wayne Cummings, a brother, Harvey Wayne White, two brothers-in-law, Robert Donahue, Terrell Bird, and one niece Deanna Donahue. Survivors include two daughters, Carmelia Lee Cummings Johnson of Alexander, Tammy Jean Cummings of Conway, a son Timothy Franklin “Bo” Cummings Sr. of North Little Rock, seven grandchildren, Robert Wayne Johnson Jr., Patricia LeeAnn Johnson, Amber Nicole Cummings, Brandon Michael Breedlove, Timothy Franklin Cummings Jr., Cody Lee Cummings, Brianna Lynette Cummings, two brothers, Larry White of Adona, Bobby Flowers of Morrilton, six sisters, Merlene Bearden of Morrilton, Ruby Drye of Ada Valley, Ione Donahue, Carolyn White both of Mt. Home, Elizabeth “Betty” Smith of Benton, Jean Dominey of Chilton, TX and several very special and loving nieces, nephews and friends. Funeral services will be held 1:00 p.m. Saturday (May 15, 2004) at Roller McNutt Chapel in Conway with burial following in Mayflower Cemetery. Visitation will be from 7:00 to 9:00 p.m. Friday at the
