Julia Belshe was born on November 17, 1889, in Missouri. She is the Child of James Genoah Belshe and Louisa Jane Bate. On May 7, 1908, she married Herbert Levi Scobee, son of Stinson Levi Scobee and Viola Jane Harless. Herbert and Julia had eight children; Osborne, Melba, Oscar Wesley, Arthur, Goldie Dorothy, Ernie Lue, Virgil Bryce, and Eldon. She die June 30, 1936.

Mrs. Herb Scobee died at the family home near Buffalo, AR, according to word received by relatives living in the Webb community, The News was informed Monday.
Mrs. Scobee die of typhoid on or about June 29, with burial at Buffalo.
The family resided in the Webb community until this spring when they move to Arkansas.
Mrs. Scobee is survived by her husband and several children, a sister, Mrs. Ob Cleveland of Webb and other relatives.
