When daniel james HALLMAN was born on March 1, 1861, in Tuscaloosa, Alabama, his father, DANIEL, was 27 and his mother, Gerela, was 19. He married Nancy Frances Jessica Childers on December 13, 1886, in Cleburne, Arkansas. They had nine children in 19 years. He died on December 13, 1917, in Faulkner, Arkansas, at the age of 56, and was buried in Greenbrier, Arkansas.
