Adell Marie Cox Nixon, age 89, of Warren, AR died Wednesday, January 24, at Bradley County Medical Center in Warren, AR. She was born on June 25, 1928, in New Edinburg, AR, a daughter of the late Tom Dewey Cox and Lena Dyer Cox Melton. She was a Baptist and enjoyed cooking, sewing and working in her flower gardens. Also, preceding her in death was her husband Wallace S. Nixon whom she married on April 19, 1947 and one son-in-law, Earl Bussell. Survivors include two daughters, Dayna Bussell of Warren, AR and Linda Newman and spouse Kenneth of Star City, AR. One sister Barbara Stiltner and spouse Jerry of Cordova, TN. Four grandchildren, Greg Haley and spouse Brandy and Glenn Haley and spouse Amber all of Star City, AR. Daryl Bussell of Mabelvale, AR and Brittany Klarkowski of Davenport, IA. Seven great-grandchildren, Hunter Haley, Nicolas Haley, Claire Haley, Carsyn Haley, Grant Bussell, Ruby Klarkowski and Alex Klarkowski. Visitation was 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. on Friday, January 26 at Frazer’s Funeral Home. Arrangements by Frazer’s Funeral Home.
