September 8, 1881 - October 15, 1965
Mrs. Ellen O. McMahon, 84, of Wichita, Kan., died there Friday morning. The widow of Andrew Patrick McMahon, she was born Sept. 8, 1881. Survivors include a daughter, Mrs. Margaret Harlin, Wichita; a sister, Mrs. A. A. Willem. Burlington, Iowa; a brother, C. E. McRay, Panhandle, Tex.; and two grandchildren. The body will be flown to El Dorado by the Byrd-Snodgrass Funeral Home of Wichita to arrive here Sunday. Graveside rites are scheduled at 10 a.m. Sunday at Woodlawn Cemetery with the Rev. C. Ray Hozendorf officiating. Arrangements are by Young's. (The El Dorado Times - October 16, 1965)
