Gladys Mae Wilcox Wright, age 70, of Texarkana, Arkansas, died Tuesday, August 14, 2018 in a local hospital.
Mrs. Wright was born March 11, 1948 in Waldron, Arkansas. She was a homemaker and member of the Fundamental Baptist Church.
She was preceded in death by one son, Roger Beaty.
She is survived by her husband, Robert H. Petty of Texarkana, Arkansas; her mother, Verlon Presley of DeQueen, Arkansas; two sons and one daughter-in-law, Al and Teresa Wright of New Boston, Texas, Dennis Beaty of Eureka, California; one daughter and son-in-law, Norweitta and Robert Damron of Texarkana, Arkansas; one sister, Wanda Carter of Eufaula, Oklahoma; twelve grandchildren; ten great grandchildren and a number of other relatives.
Memorial services will be held at 2:00 P.M. Sunday at the home of Al Wright, 776 CR 3008, New Boston, Texas.
Cremation arrangements are under the direction of Texarkana Funeral Home, Texas.
