Wilma Jean Hyde Hoyle McCain, 90, of Mulberry, passed away Tuesday, May 8, 2018 in Fort Smith.
She was born December 30, 1927 in Altus to the late Sidney and Elsie Hyde.
She was a retired entrostomal therapist with Sparks Regional Medical Center, a member of the Mulberry United Methodist Church, and the Pleasant View Extension Homemaker’s Club.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by husbands, Warner F. Hoyle, and Hansel D. McCain; a sister, Phyllis Salabert; three brothers, Roger Hyde, Larry Hyde, and Thomas Stutchman; and stepmother, Lorene Hyde.
She is survived by a daughter, Jana Bascue and husband Marion of Mulberry; two sons, Ted Hoyle of Russellville, and Michael Hoyle and wife Audrey of Riverside, NJ; three sisters, Maxine Madewell of Lee’s Summit, MO, Norma Patterson of Redfield, SD; and Sandra Nielsen and husband Chris of Milwaukee, WI; four brothers, Ronnie Hyde, Everett Hyde and wife Ruth Ann, Sid Hyde and wife Debbie, and Kent Hyde and wife Linda, all of Wisconsin; three grandchildren, Veronica Bascue, Crystal Podojil, and Ryan Hoyle; two great-grandchildren, Madyson and Benjamin Podojil; and numerous nieces and nephews.
Funeral service will be 11:00 a.m. Monday, May 14, 2018 at the Mulberry United Methodist Church with interment to follow at New Cemetery in Mulberry, under the direction of Edwards Van-Alma Funeral Home of Van Buren, AR.
