Robert "Bob" Braselton, Sr., 85, of Mulberry, AR passed away on Tuesday, July 16, 2013 in his home.
He was born March 29, 1928 in Russellville, AR to the late Rex S. and Veda V. (Vaughan) Braselton.
He was a retired Engineer for the Texaco Oil Company where he worked 32 years, a Cattleman and Rancher, a U. S. Navy Veteran of World War II and of the Baptist Faith.
Also preceded in death by three sisters, Betty Braselton, Virginia Mayner and Mary Dell Jordan and one brother, Bill Braselton.
Services will be 2:00 P.M. Friday, July 19, 2013 at Ocker Chapel of Alma with interment in New Cemetery with Military Honors. Arrangements are under the direction of Ocker Funeral Home of Alma. The family will visit with friends from 6:00 until 8:00 P.M. Thursday evening, July 18, 2013 at Ocker Funeral Home of Alma, 917 Hwy. 64 East, Alma, AR.
Survivors include his wife, Kym Braselton of the home; one son, Robert D. Braselton, Jr. of Reno, NV; one step daughter, Jacueline Brown of Wales, UK; one sister, Pat Hargrove of Tulsa, OK; one brother, Bud Braselton of Mulberry; 4 Grandchildren and 3 Great Grandchildren.
Pallbearers will be Barry Hargrove, David Hargrove, Billy Braselton, Len Williams, Jr., Ron Gilbow and William Berry.
Honorary pallbearers will be Zane Shank and Mike Griffin.

Kym Braselton, 85, of Mulberry, Arkansas passed away on Tuesday, August 18, 2015 in her home.
She was born April 27, 1930 in Essen, Germany.
She was a homemaker and seamstress and of the Catholic Faith.
She was the widow of Robert Braselton, Sr.
Graveside service will be 11:00 A.M. Saturday, August 22, 2015 at New Cemetery in Mulberry. Services are under the direction of Ocker Funeral Home of Alma. The family will visit with friends from 6:00 until 8:00 p.m. Friday, August 21, 2015 at Ocker Funeral Home, 917 Hwy. 64 East, Alma, AR.
Survivors include one daughter, Jacqeline Brown of Wales, UK; one son, Omar Binbasiler of London, England; one step son, Robert Donald Braseltlon, Jr. of Reno, NV; two granddaughters, Stephanie and Claire Brown both of Wales, UK; one great granddaughter, Olivia of Wales, UK; Two sisters-in-law, Pat Hargrove and Jackie Braselton both of Tulsa, OK; Brother-in-law and Sister-in-law, Ben and Ludella Braselton of Mulberry and several nieces and nephews in Germany.
Pallbearers will be Barry Hargrove, David Hargrove, Len Williams, Jr., Ron Gilbow, Jr., Dalton Gilbow, Jared Williams, Steve Braselton and Mike Jordan.
