Charles Edward Stillwell, Sr of Clarksville, Arkansas was born January 14, 1931, in Mississippi and passed away December 28, 2017 in Paris, Arkansas at the age of 86.He was a contractor, business owner, and of the Baptist faith.He is preceded in death by his wife, Dorothy Watson Stillwell; parents, Eddie Stillwell and Hazel Varnell Stillwell; brother, Albert Stillwell; and sister, Geneva Algood. He is survived by his sons, Chuck Stillwell and wife Donna of Clarksville, Jeff Stillwell and wife Julia of Malaysia, Danny Stillwell and wife Debbie of Ozark, and Philip Stillwell and wife Cheri of Georgia; daughter, Judy Grates and husband Bruce of Oklahoma; brothers, Jesse “Buddy” Stillwell of Bald Knob, and Elvis Stillwell of Bald Knob; sisters, Lola Hart of Bald Knob, and Glinda Dunkin of Bald Knob; 13 grandchildren; 20 great-grandchildren; and 1 great-great-grandchild.Pallbearers will be Nathan Stillwell, Brandon Stillwell, Adam Stillwell, Alex Stillwell, Dusty Stillwell, and Chuck Stillwell. Honorary Pallbearers will be David Laster, Danny Hamm, and Larry Moore.

Dotty Stillwell, 62, of Clarksville died Monday, Sept. 11, 2000, at Johnson Regional Medical Center.A native of Tyronza, she was a daughter of the late Charles and Ola Mae White Watson, member of First Landmark Missionary Baptist Church, the Newcomers Club, and board of directors of the Clarksville-Johnson County Chamber of Commerce, chairman of the Retail Merchants Association, and owner and operator of Stillwell Furniture and Vivian's Tea Room. Survivors include her husband, Charles E Stillwell; 3 sons, Charles E "Chuck" Stillwell II and Danny Stillwell, both of Clarksville, and Jeff Stillwell of Southhaven, Mississippi; 1 stepdaughter, Judy Grates of Sallisaw, Oklahoma; 1 stepson, Phillip Stillwell of Burbank, California; 2 sisters, Betty Baldwin of Mishawaka, Indiana, and Sue Koester of Hartman; 2 brothers, Robert Watson of Mishawka, Indiana, and Jerry Watson of Hartman; 13 grandchildren; and 7 great-grandchildren.
