George Thomas Frizzell, aged 71 of 2963 Mt. Holly Road died in the Ouachita Hospital at 9:25 p.m. Wednesday. Mr. Frizzell was a native of Ouachita County, a retired carpenter, and a member of the Methodist Church. He lived in Houston, Texas for a number of years, returning to Camden four months ago. He is survived by two sons, Buck Frizzell of Camden, and Kenneth Frizzell of Houston, Texas; three daughters, Mrs. Jack Murphy of Center, Texas, Mrs. Jimmy Murphy of Conroe, Texas, and Mrs. Vernon Morris of Camden; one brother Hoy Frizzell of Camden; three sisters, Mrs. Beula Cubage, Mrs. Nina Holleman, and Mrs. Daisy Vandiver all of Chidester; 21 grandchildren and one great grandchild. Funeral services will be at 10:00 a.m. Saturday at the Red Hill Methodist Church near Chidester. Burial will be in the Red Hill cemetery by Proctor Funeral Home. The body will lie in state at the Funeral Home. (Camden News - November 17, 1966)
