Morecia Sowell Mabry, age 88, of Little Rock, formerly of Conway, passed away Tuesday, May 11, 2004.
She was born June 23, 1915, in Faulkner County, to the late William Walter Sowell and Miriam Annie (Goss) Sowell.
She was also preceded in death by her husband, Billy S. Mabry; a daughter, J. Suzanne Mabry; two brothers, Jesse Sowell and Omer Sowell; and two sisters, Lorene Bridges and Ethel Reveley.
Mrs. Mabry was a former sales person for Merle Norman Cosmetics in Conway and was a member of First United Methodist Church and attended Sunday school class.
Survivors include a son, Jerry Lee Mabry and wife, Betty, of Little Rock; a daughter, Billie L. Cannon and husband, Bill, of Hot Springs; two granddaughters, Shawn Olsen and husband, Buddy, Michele Meadors and husband, Mark, all of Little Rock; and four great-grandchildren, Connor and Brandon Olsen, and Mabry and Elizabeth Meadors.
Funeral services will be 10 a.m. on Friday at Roller-McNutt Chapel in Conway with Rev. Aubrietta Jones officiating. Interment will follow at Oak Grove Cemetery in Conway
