Dolly Jane McLemore, 87 of El Dorado, passed away, Sunday, November 1, 2015. She was born October 17, 1928, to Clyde and Lena Pierce Branson in Pine Bluff, AR.
She was a member of West Side Baptist Church and was a homemaker.
Preceding her in death are her parents; husband, Alton Vanoy McLemore; two sisters, Frances Harrison and Katie McGrew; and grandson, William McLemore, Jr.
Survivors include her daughter, Cathy Whatley (Joe ) of El Dorado; two sons, Bill McLemore (Carol) of El Dorado, John McLemore (Karen) of League City, TX; three brothers, Robert Lingo (Dorothy) of Fort Smith, AR, John David Lingo (Gail) of Fayetteville, AR, Charlie Lingo of Vilonia, AR; five grandchildren, Sandra Gage (James) of Pearcy, AR, Heather Janish (Brian) of League City, TX, Paul McLemore (Amy) of Santa Fe, TX, Julia Peace of El Dorado, Michael Peace of El Dorado; and seven great grandchildren, Kelsey Dean of Camden, Allison Dean of Camden, Kalynne Gage of Pearcy, AR, Kaydence McLemore of Santa Fe, TX, Sarah Janish of League City, TX, John Daniel Janish of League City, TX and Mason McLemore of Santa Fe, TX.
The family would like to express a special thanks to Timberland Health and Rehab for their special care to Dolly.
Visitation will be held from 5:00-7:00 p.m. Tuesday, November 3, 2015, at Young's Funeral Directors.
Funeral services will be at 10:00 a.m. Wednesday, November 4, 2015, at Young's Chapel with Rev. Gerald Perry officiating. Burial will follow at Rest Haven Memorial Gardens under the direction of Young's Funeral Directors.
