Homer L. Anderson of Camden, a retired superintendent of public schools, died Tuesday. He was a member of the Fairview Methodist Church and a veteran of World War I. Survivors include a son, Jerry Anderson of Lafayette, La.; three daughters, Mrs. Robert F. Kelley of El Dorado, Mrs. Ben Mayfield of Lafayette, and Mrs. Homera Loudermilk of New York City; a brother, Elmer J. Anderson of Camden; four sisters, Mrs. Mary Wells of St. Louis, Mo., Miss Annie Anderson of Camden, Mrs. Mattie Main of Smackover and Mrs. Billy Pickerling of Mooringsport, La.; and seven grandchildren. Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Wednesday at the Fairview Methodist Church. Burial will be in Memorial Park Cemetery at Camden under the direction of Proctor Funeral Home of Camden.
