Mrs. Ada Lee Coleman, 88, of Strong, died at 2:30 p.m. Sunday at her residence. Mrs. Coleman was born Nov. 24, 1874 in Strong and was the daughter of Wed and Mattis Gray Norris. She was a lifelong resident of Strong and a member of the First Baptist Church there. Survivors include four sons, J. W. Coleman of Reno, Nev., S. W. Coleman of Camden, C. G. Coleman of Smackover and E. M. Coleman of Fayetteville; one daughter, Mrs. Lillie Brabee of Strong; two brothers, John Norris of Dumas and Will Norris of Grand Saline, Tex., two sisters, Mrs. Bird Langley of Wills Point, Tex., and Mrs. Beulah Smith of Edgewood, Tex.; six grandchildren, seven great grandchildren and two great great grandchildren. Funeral services will be held Thursday afternoon at 2 p.m. at First Baptist Church in Strong. Mrs. Coleman was the mother of S. W. (Coach) Coleman of this city. (Camden News - February 27, 1963)
