John J. Casby, 73, of Springdale died Saturday, April 10, 1993, at his home. Born Jan. 10, 1920, at Schenectady, New York, the son of John and Alicia O'Brien Casby, he was a retiree of a food company, and a lieutenant commander in the Coast Guard, serving in World War II. He also held a Bachelor's degree.

Survivors are his wife, Lucille B. Casby of the home, to whom he was married Aug. 20, 1954; and a son, Alan D. Casby of Conway.

Funeral will be Monday, 11 a.m., at Sisco Funeral Chapel with Dr. Max Whitfield officiating. Burial will be in the Friendship Cemetery.

SPRINGDALE — Lucille Casby, 93, of Springdale passed away Thursday, December 3, 2015. Survivors: one son, Alan Casby of Springdale. Graveside services will be Thursday, December 10, 2015 at 2 p.m. at Friendship Cemetery.
