Paula Elizabeth Hartsfield Brannon – Paula left this world on November 6, 2008 after a hard fought courageous battle with a stem cell transplant for AML surrounded by family and friends. Paula was born on January 5, 1969 to Joe and Anne Hartsfield. Lifelong native of Greenbrier, she was preceded in death by grandfathers, Jess Hartsfield, Eldon Dickens, Paul (Pete) Kirkland and grandmother Juanita Kirkland. Also, an Aunt Donna Kay Fason.
Paula is survived by her parents Joe and Anne, brothers Randy (Pam), Ronnie (Brenda) Hartsfield and two children that she lived for Cody and Bailey Brannon. Grandmother Pauline Hartsfield and nephews Dustin Hartsfield, and Justin Thompson and nieces Whitney Hartsfield, Jessie Hartsfield and Abby Hartsfield all of Greenbrier. An uncle, Jimmy Dickens (Fran) of Elkhart Texas, aunts, Debbie Dickens West of Conway, and Diane Firestone (James) of Vilonia. Other extended family members Shirley Keylon of Conway; Dena Hartsfield Adams of Memphis; and Jerry and Erma Dale Heffington of Vilonia and family. She is also survived by numerous cousins.
She is 1987 graduate of Greenbrier High, School of Cosmetology, and attended Morrilton Vocational School. Paula was a member of Pleasant Valley Baptist Church.
Funeral will be 3:00 p.m., Sunday, in the chapel of Roller McNutt Funeral Home, Greenbrier, with Bro. Gaylon King officiating, with burial to follow at Cadron Valley Cemetery. Visitation will be from 6 – 8:00 p.m., Saturday at the funeral home.
Pallbearers are Jerry Dale Heffington, Dustin Hartsfield, Jeff West, Brent Fason, Coltin Bundick, and Chase Beasley.
Donations may be made in Paula’s name to the Immanuel Baptist Church Building fund in Greenbrier.
