Theresa Malmay, 53 of Black Rock, died at home on August 14, 2015. She was born February 8, 1962 in Louisiana to Robert Miller and Shirley Ashby LaCoss. She came from Mooringsport, Louisiana before moving to Lawrence County in 1995. She was a homemaker and of the baptist belief.
She was preceded in death by her father; grandmother, Nanny Miller; grandfather, Pete Ashby.
She is survived by her husband, Rod Malmay of the home; mother, Shirley LaCoss of Black Rock; daughters, Stacy Nunally, Abby Furgeison both of Black Rock; sons, Phillip Terry of Cave City, Chris Edwards of Shreveport, Louisiana; sisters, Robbie Furgeison, Shelly Kiasen, Stephanie Hedges, Nancy Miller all of Black Rock; granddaughters, Danielle Beary, Sara Beary, Reagan Nunally all of Black Rock, MacKenzie Edwards of Shreveport, Louisiana.
Funeral Service will be 10:00 a.m., Thursday, August 20, 2015 at House-Gregg Funeral Home in Walnut Ridge with Rick Anglin officiating. Burial will follow at Powhatan Cemetery.
Visitation will be Wednesday, August 19, 2015 from 5:30 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at House-Gregg Funeral Home in Walnut Ridge.
Pallbearers: Josh Walker, Colton Miller, Zach Smith, Robert Miller Jr., Kenney Medlock, Tony Furgeison.
