Sparrell Ratliff, 68, a resident of Springdale died in the Springdale hospital yesterday. He was a sawmill foreman and farmer. He was born Jan. 29, 1898 in Arkansas the son of George Washington and Rosie Adeline Nichol Ratliff. He was a member of the Assembly of God Church. Survivors include the widow, Mary Louise of the home; one daughter, Mrs. Gene Dearing of Springdale; two brothers, Jack of California and Richard of Tulsa; one sister, Mrs. Frank Cook of California and one grandchild.
Arrangements will be announced by Nelson's Funeral Home.
