Mrs. Cleo (Lockwood) Sheffer, age 77, of Joliet, illinois, died, Thursday, March 18, 2010.
She was born January 12, 1933 in Mandan, North Dakota a daughter of the late Roy and Marvell Jones Lockwood. She was a homemaker.
Arrangements are incomplete and will be announced by Powell Funeral Home, Bald Knob-Judsonia.
