Bessie Eula Smith

Bessie Eula Smith, of Harrison, passed from this life on Wednesday, June 4, 2014 at her home. She was 89 years old.

Visitation is Thursday, June 5 at Holt Memorial Chapel from 5:00 to 7:00 p.m.

Graveside service is Friday, June 6 at 10:00 a.m. at Pleasant Ridge Cemetery in Yellville, AR. Pastor Heath Kirkpatrick will officiate.

The daughter of Charles W. and Alabama (Reynolds) Treat was born on May 27, 1925 in Yellville, AR.

Bessie enjoyed quilting and gardening. She was a member of Eagle Heights Baptist Church.

Her husband, Grandville Smith; a son, Jimmy Bogle; her parents; three brothers; and one sister preceded her in death.

Survivors include one granddaughter, Tammy Bogle; one grandson, Shawn Bogle; and two great grandchildren.
