Cecil L. Kelley, 73 of Vilonia died Friday, May 9, 2013. He was born January 6, 1940 in Red Fork, Arkansas to the late Roy and Fern Payton
Kelley. Mr. Kelley enjoyed hunting, fishing and was a member of the N.R.A. He is preceded in death by one sister, Linda.
Survivors include his wife, Betty Eubanks Kelley; sons, Lee Kelley (Jacque) of Vilonia; Brien Kelley (Shiloh) of Vilonia; daughters, Cherie Anderson (Brent) of Hood River, OR; Marlin Bowman of Miami, OK; 11 grandchildren; 13 great grandchildren; sisters, Vanita Bullock of Vilonia; Virginia Lang of California; Brenda Zandona of Mt. Shasta, CA; Sharon Smith of California; brothers, Hershel Kelley of Vilonia; Melvin Kelley of Oklahoma; Alvin Kelley of Vilonia; James Kelley of California; many nieces, nephews, family and friends.
Graveside service will be 11:00 am Monday, May 13, 2013 at Cypress Valley Cemetery, Vilonia, next to his mother.
