BAXTER SPRINGS, Kan. — James E. Bowlin, 62, of Baxter Springs, Kan., died Nov. 25, 1999, at St. Johns Regional Medical Center in Joplin.
He was born Dec. 1, 1936, in Springdale, to Harry and Ethel Bowlin.
He lived in Baxter Springs for the last 17 years.
Survivors include a sister, Betty Warner of Baxter Springs; and a brother, Charles Bowlin of Gig Harbor, Wash.
Graveside services will be at 1 p.m. Monday at Friendship Cemetery in Springdale with the Rev. Charles Harness officiating.
Arrangements are under the direction of Derfelt's Baxter Chapel of Baxter Springs.
