News of Melbourne
Carl Wesley Copeland, the 3 and half-year-old son of Hon. W. W. and Mrs. Nettie Copeland of this place, died of diphtheria or membranous croup Monday morning at 2:30 o'clock, after a very brief illness. The body was laid to rest in the Melbourne Cemetery Monday afternoon at 4 o'clock, Rev J. W. Black conducting the funeral services. The parents have the sympathy of the entire community in their bereavement
