Cecil's mother was Ella Binkley Norman Mize
In January 1920 Cecil L. (13) was living in Lawrence Co., AR, Morgan Township, in the home of his mother and step father, Robert D. and Ellen W. Mize. Other children living in the household included Annie M. Norman (15), James D. Norman (8), Henry M. Mize (17), Lela Mize (15), Hosea Mize (9) and Pearl E. Mize (5).
