Cecil Eugean (Pete) Russell, 77, of Mayflower, passed from this life on Sunday, Feb. 3, 2013. He was the son of the late James and Anna Ford Russell. Cecil is also preceded in death by his loving wife, Nancy Book Russell of almost 50 years; two sons, Donald Gene Russell, Dennis Ray Russell; and thirteen brothers and sisters. He is survived by his two daughters, Sandra Fay Russell, Robin Elaine Peppers; nine grandchildren, Christy Passmore, Amber Dawn Ferrell, Anthony Russell, Katie Russell, Tracy Smith, Johnni Harris, BJ Peppers, Adam Scott Peppers, and Angelia Tucker; eleven great-grandchildren, Matt Passmore, Hunter Passmore, Chloe Ferrell, Sophie Ferrell, Edward Coughlin, Austin Smith, Austin Peppers, Issiac Peppers, Elijah Peppers, Zachary Johnson, and Kelsey Tucker; and one sister, Betty Beleau. A Funeral Service will be held at 3 p.m. on Thursday, Feb. 7, 2013, at Roller-McNutt Funeral Home in Conway, followed by interment at Mayflower Cemetery. Visitation will be 6-8 p.m. on Wednesday at the Funeral Home.
