SILOAM SPRINGS — Andrea Renee Cuzzort, 32, of Siloam Springs died Oct. 21, 2007, at Springdale. She was born May 24, 1975, in Spring Valley, Calif., to Marilyn Cuzzort. She was a certified nursing assistant with Fayetteville Health and Rehab.
Survivors include three daughters, Brittany King, Samantha Kirk and Cynthia Kirk, of the home; one son, Daniel Kirk; her mother of Siloam Springs; two brothers, Matthew Cuzzort and Dustin Cuzzort of California; one sister, Cindy Joiner of California.
Services will be at 10 a.m. Friday at Wasson Funeral Home in Siloam Springs, www.wassonfuneralhome.com. Burial will follow in Oak Hill Cemetery.
Visitation will be from 6 to 8 p.m. Thursday at the funeral home.
