SPRINGDALE — Jerry Don Pilcher Sr., 65, of Springdale died Oct. 31, 2005, at his home. He was born Aug. 31, 1940, in Clinton, Okla., to Grover Cleveland and Ruth Temple Pilcher. He moved to Northwest Arkansas in 1977 from California. He was an electrical contractor and attended Calvary Freewill Baptist Church in Springdale. He was preceded in death by one grandson, Michael Mick.

Survivors include his wife, Carolyn Skelton Pilcher of the home, to whom he was married April 12, 1963; his mother of Colorado City, Texas; four daughters, Donna Catlett and husband David, Jeannie Turnbough and Terrie Thompson and husband Mark, all of Springdale, and Sherri Sherrets and husband Bart of Marrow, two sons, Terry Pilcher Jr. of Rocky Comfort, Mo., and Melvin Pilcher of Tontitown; three sisters, Judy Bell and Sheila Fox, both of Colorado City, Texas, and Dollie Poor of Everson, Wash.; 23 grandchildren five great-grandchildren.

Services will be at 10 a.m. Thursday at New Vision Church of God in Springdale with the Rev. Dean Baker, the Rev. Clark Snow and the Rev. Thad Baker officiating. Burial will be in McCord Cemetery.

Pallbearers will be Jerry Pilcher Jr., Melvin Pilcher, Bart Sherrets, Mark Thompson, David Catlett and David Turnbough Sr.

Honorary pallbearers will be Clifton Tunnell, Shane Tunnell, John Tunnell, David Turnbough Jr, Alex Turnbough, Buddy Turnbough, David Farmer, Jarrett Pilcher, Matthew Mick, Erick Pitcher and Drew Thompson.

Visitation will be from 11 a.m. to 8 p.m. today at Sisco Chapel in Springdale.
