Gordon, Neb -- Billy D Kelly, 57, died Sept 27, 2007, at his home in Gordon. He was born Feb 13, 1950, in Gordon, Neb, to Patrick and Shirley June Rising Kelly. He grew up in Nebraska and came to the area in 1977. He married Brenda F Williams on Nov 17, 1977. He was a Marine Corps veteran, a ranch manager for Jack Boyd Smith and was an outdoorsman.
Survivors include his wife, Brenda of the home; two sons, Justin Kelly of Bentonville and J R Kelly of Valentine, Neb; one daughter, Patricia Ann Lacy of Coweta; his father of Gering, Neb.; three brothers, Scott Kelly of Broken Bow, Neb., Gaylon Kelly of Gering and Perry Kelly of Vancouver, Wash; one sister, Sherry Gamet of Scottsbluff, Neb; six grandchildren.
