Billy Wayne Goins, age 65, of Mabelvale, AR., (formerly of Warren, AR.), died Tuesday March 24, at Baptist Medical Center in Little Rock, AR. Born September 17, 1943 in Warren, AR. he was a retired millwright, mechanic, construction worker and a Baptist. Preceding him in death was his father Troy Goins. Survivors are his wife Martha Horne Goins whom he married September 17, 1982. 1 daughter Lee Ann Goins, Jacksonville, AR., His mother Eurcell Harcrow Goins, Warren, AR., 2 brothers James Troy Goins and Charles Goins both of Warren, AR. 1 grandchild Derek Cheatham, Little Rock, AR. Graveside services were 10:00 a.m. Friday March 27, Oakland Cemetery, by Frazer’s Funeral Home, with Rev. Wayman Mann officiating. Active pallbearers were Jimmy Hayes, Faber Horn, Wayne Robinson, Don Robinson, Bob Thornton, Jimmy Thornton, and Derek Cheatham.
