WALNUT RIDGE -- Darrell Glen Carr, 72, of Walnut Ridge died Sunday, April 25, at St. Bernard's Medical Center.
Born at Alicia, he worked in construction and had lived in the Walnut Ridge area his entire life. He was a member of the Church of Christ.
Survivors include his wife, Myra Onema Carr of the home; three daughters, Mary Jane Farris and Sandra Kay Carr, both of Walnut Ridge, and Nancy Diane Abbott of Hoxie; a son, Tommy Glenn Carr of Hoxie; eight grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren.
Funeral services have been scheduled for 10 a.m. Wednesday at House-Gregg Funeral Home in Walnut Ridge, with Robert Davis and Phillip Swindle officiating. Burial will follow at Austin Cemetery.
Visitation will be from 6-8 p.m. today at the funeral home.
