Funeral services for Norman Eugene GARNER, 56, of Fort Smith, Ark., are being held at 10 a.m. Saturday at Northside United Pentecostal Church in Fort Smith. Burial is in Antioch Cemetery in Van Buren, Ark., under the direction of Lewis Fuenral Chapel of Fort Smith. Mr. GARNER died Wednesday, Jan. 27, 1999, in a nursing home. Survivors include three daughters, Laura, Cynthia and Norma; and five grandchildren.
