Edith Webber Thompson, age 90 of Mountain Home passed away Tuesday, December 29, 2009 at Care Manor. Edith Webber Thompson was born July 19, 1919 outside Mountain Home, Arkansas to Lonnie Albert and Mary Lou (Carter) Webber. She was a member of the Quality Ridge Church of Christ. She loved outdoor activities, hunting, fishing and gardening. She loved her family, so after extensive travel overseas, she came back to her family home in 1963.
Mrs. Edith Webber Thompson is survived by 3 sisters: Aldean McCombs, Irene Bolding, and Edna Marshall, all of Mountain Home; and many nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents, 2 brothers, and 5 sisters.
Funeral services will be at 11:00 AM Saturday in the Roller Funeral Home chapel with Brother Bob Rowlett officiating. Visitation will be 1 hour prior, from 10 – 11 AM. Burial will be in Conley Cemetery. Memorials may be made to the Quality Ridge Church of Christ.
