Loren William Pray, Sr., 73 of Mayflower passed away Tuesday, August 9, 2011. Born on December 24, 1937, in Des Moines, Iowa, he was a son to the late William Greer and Dorothy (Clark) Pray. Loren was a loving husband, father, grandfather and great grandfather, who enjoyed being with his family. He served with the Air Force in Germany as a jet fighter electrician/mechanic, after which he was a Supervisor in the Maintenance Department for the City of Little Rock. He was a member of the Lakeside Mayflower Assembly of God Church.
Loren was preceded in death by his previously mentioned parents and a brother Donald Greer Pray.
Survivors include his loving wife of 55 years, Patricia ( Bryant) Pray; sons: Loren William Pray, Jr. (Jimmie Lynn), Jerry Lee Pray, (Susan), Timothy Allen Pray and James Allen Pray all of Mayflower; daughter, Debra Jean Richmond, also of Mayflower; six grandchildren; four great grandchildren and a host of extended family and friends.
