February 24,1917 - December 13, 2011
Curtis Avery Lipps, age 94, of the Cherry Hill Community, passed away Tuesday, December 13, 2011. He was born February 24, 1917, in Thornburg, Arkansas, a son of Delter Homer Lipps and Lillie Lee Evans Lipps. He was retired from the Heifer Project and a member of Cherry Hill Community Church.
Survivors include his wife Vivian Scott Lipps of Cherry Hill; daughters, Sylvia Stone and Glenda Bull of the Cherry Hill Community; sister, Geneva Stone of Orosi, California; brother, Johnny Lipps of Dinuba, California; eight grandchildren, thirteen great-grandchildren, and eleven great-great-grandchildren.
Funeral services will be 2:00 p.m. Friday, December 16, 2011, at the Cherry Hill Community Church with Bro. Sonny Stone and Bro. Clinton Rush officiating. Burial will be at Cherry Hill Cemetery by Harris Funeral Home of Morrilton.
