May 22, 1887 - December 24, 1969
Mrs. Maude F. Collins, aged 82, died in a local hospital Wednesday afternoon. She was a member of the Fairview Methodist Church and had lived in Ouachita County most of her life. She is survived by two daughters, Mrs. Graham Wilson of Henderson, Texas and Mrs. Marguerite Gilley of Camden; one sister, Mrs. Ruth White of Magnolia, and one brother, Henry Ladd, of Columbia County; three grandchildren and three great grandchildren. Funeral service was held at 2 p.m. Thursday in the Camden Funeral Chapel. Burial was in Mt. Prospect Cemetery, near Stephens. (Camden News - December, 26, 1969)
