Jerry Carl Hoffman husband of Margaret A (Morris) Hoffman. Jerry Carl Hoffman the son of Carl Hoffman and Beatrice (Taylor) Hoffman.
Jerry Carl Hoffman 53, of Centerville, LA died Tuesday, May 8 at his residence. He was born in Walnut Ridge to Carl and Beatrice Taylor Hoffman.
He was a Plantation Manager and was of the Assembly of God faith.
He is survived by his wife, Margaret Morris Hoffman of the home; three sons, Jerry Wayne Hoffman of Bayou Vista, LA, John Eric Hoffman of Walnut Ridge, and Jason Lee Hoffman of Pocahontas; seven grandchildren, Alec, Gabrelle, Tristan, Zoe, Gavin, Erin and Sebastan; three brothers, Richard Wayne Hoffman of Black Rock, James Thomas Hoffman of Jonesboro, and Donald Ray Hoffman of Walnut Ridge; and two sisters, Carolyn Sue Brown of Pocahontas and Judy Diane Mashburn of Cord.
Preceded in death by his parents Carl and Beatrice Hoffman and one brother, Stanley Paul Hoffman.
Active pallbearers will include Wayne, Aaron, and Joey Hoffman, Josh Morris, Paul Dawson and Matt Dawson.
Funeral services will be held 1:00 p.m. Friday, May 11, at the Sedgwick Baptist Church with Dennis Truxler officiating.
Burial will follow in Old Military Cemetery in Sedgwick.
Visitation will be Thursday, May 10, from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at the Sedgwick Baptist Church.

Funeral was Friday at 1 p.m. at Sedgwick Baptist Church with Dennis Truxler officiating. Burial was in Old Military Cemetery near Sedgwick under the direction of Roller-Farmers Union Funeral Home of Jonesboro.
Pallbearers were Wayne Hoffman, Aaron Hoffman, Joey Hoffman, Josh Morris, Paul Dawson and Matt Dawson.
