Virgil L. Fink, age 69, of Perryville, passed away, Tuesday, November 25, 2008.
He was born December 24, 1938 in Hartley, Iowa, a son of the late Floyd Fink and Lillian Stueck Fink. He was the widower of Phyllis Ann Bailey Fink. Mr. Fink was a retired engineer for Aerojet and was of the Lutheran faith.
Survivors include his sons, Robert Fink and wife Joy of Perryville; Patrick Richards-Fink and wife Janine of St. Cloud, Minnesota; brother, Roger Fink of Wheatland, California; sisters, Colleen Dunn of San Antonio, Texas and Gail Pena of Citrus Heights, California; two grandchildren, Amanda Norskog and husband Max of San Diego, California and Freeman Richards-Fink of St. Cloud, Minnesota. He was preceded in death by a brother, Dale Fink.
Funeral services will be 10:00 a.m. Saturday, November 29, at Union Valley Baptist Church with Bro. Stan Wallace and Bro. Danny Barker officiating. Burial was at Thornburg Cemetery by Harris Funeral Home of Perryville. The family will receive friends 4:00 to 6:00 p.m. Friday, November 28, at the funeral home in Perryville.
