September 14, 1894
CHUMBLY, Sina E. – Mrs. Sina E. Chumbly, mother of Mrs. C.A. Jones, died at the residence of Mr. Jones in this city yesterday morning at 3 o'clock. Funeral services were held at the residence yesterday, being conducted by Eld. I.M. Phillips of the Baptist church. The deceased was 53 years of age and for 27 years had been a faithful and consistent member of the Baptist church. She was a good christian woman, kind hearted and lovable and The News tenders sympathy to the bereaved family.
