Fred Isiah Jackson, son of the late Bethel & Nancy(Nannie) Jackson was born July 22, 1896 in Austin, Arkansas. He departed this life Jan. 22, 1982. He professed a hope in Christ @ an early age, & joined the Mt. Nebo C.M.E. Church @ austin. In 1915, he moved to McAlmont,AR. where he joined the Fairview C.M.E. Church. He loved his church & was a faithful member until 1968, when he was stricken by illness. He is survived by: his niece, Mrs. Arthural Sims of N.L.R.,AR.; two great nephews, George Sims III of L.R.,AR. & Willie E. Sims of N.L.R.,AR.; one great niece, Mrs. Brenda Green, also of N.L.R.; two great greatnieces of L.R., & thre great greatnephews, all of N.L.R.; a host of cousins & friends.
