KENSETT -- David Lloyd, 45, of Kensett, formerly of Hardy died Wednesday, Sept. 1, at Little Rock.
Born in Newport, he was a golf course superintendent and a member of Swifton Church of Christ.
Survivors include his wife, Beverly Jo Chapps Lloyd of Kensett; a son, David Scott Lloyd of Kensett; a daughter, Jammie Venable of Newark; two brothers, Troy Michael Lloyd of Mountain Home and Perry "Tony" Lloyd of Coloma, Mich.; and a sister, Becky Lanelle George of Forrest City.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Troy Mack and Jacklyn Lea Counts Lloyd.
Funeral services will be at 10 a.m. today at Swifton Church of Christ, with John Binkley officiating. Burial will be at Strangers Home Cemetery in Alicia under the direction of Jackson Funeral Home of Newport.
Pallbearers will be Chris Burnette, Brandon Burnette, Derick Chapps, Erik Nicholson, Shane Taylor and Dale Faughn.
