Charles Nealie Fowler, 85 lifetime resident of Baxter County died Monday at the home of his daughter, Mrs. Dick Maynard, burial in the Oakland Cemetery. He is survived by his widow, thirteen children, Joe, Henry, Tillie, Maggie, Letha, Nona, Nellie, Ruth, Lucille, Thurman, Charley, John and Virgie.
