son of Olie Osco and Tola Mae (Royal) Williams. He had 2 brothers, 2 sisters. He married Patricia Mendenall first,(no children) then Claudia Kooney.
He adopted Claudia's son Ryan Charles Williams. He was my brother, Carolyn Williams Brown.
